The coach helps users reflect on skill practice. Feedback is for the user’s growth. Enterprises see aggregate use and activity rates, not private coaching content.
Enterprise data protection
Diano uses role-based access and organization-scoped permissions so managers and leaders only access aggregate data they are explicitly allowed to see.
What data can enterprise admins see in Diano Careers?
Enterprise admins can see aggregate progress, user account status, onboarding status, team assignment, assessment completion rates, and broad skill trends. They cannot see private reflections, raw rater feedback, or individual coaching content.
